Production & Dispatch

Production and Dispatch

  • All orders placed after on a Saturday or Sunday, will not be processed until the Monday.
  •  Production times are Between 7-10 Business days. This excludes Photo engraving which is between 14-21 business days, and Wholesale/Bulk orders which will be on per order basis. Business days are Monday to Friday.
  • We dispatch most orders on a daily basis as they are completed, exceptions to this are bulk & wholesale orders.
  • During peek times which are normally from Late July through to end of December production times can be pushed out to 3-4 weeks, but this is in extreme circumstances.

Special Notice

  • As this is a painted timber product, there will be variation on finish due to the grain in the timber. Also the difference in viewing monitors can impact on colour.
  • Sign will have a protective film over the acrylic to help prevent scratching during delivery. This will need to be peeled off carefully before mounting to reveal acrylic colour.
