- All orders placed after on a Saturday or Sunday, will not be processed until the Monday.
- Production times are Between 7-10 Business days. This excludes Photo engraving which is between 14-21 business days, and Wholesale/Bulk orders which will be on per order basis. Business days are Monday to Friday.
- We dispatch most orders on a daily basis as they are completed, exceptions to this are bulk & wholesale orders.
- During peek times which are normally from Late July through to end of December production times can be pushed out to 3-4 weeks, but this is in extreme circumstances.
